Description of Position

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and assisting with various tasks to improve overall efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

- Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivables.

- Utilize Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

- Manage and update the company's QuickBooks accounting software.

- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Familiarity with Google Network tools (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).

- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Education and Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
