Must-haves
Director level experience leading Technical teams and working with Business leaders, specifically within Commercial Lending (high level Consulting experience is acceptable). Deep understanding of the commercial lending lifecycle is a must
Strong understanding of Credit loan underwriting and how to integrate into technology ecosystems
Experience working with commercial loan vendors, specifically FIS, Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS), and Moody's, or similar (FIS, ACBS, and Moody's are this customers' core banking systems)
Must have previous experience with Core Banking platforms and providers, mobile and digital platforms, payment systems, and system integration technologies for data solution delivery, MDM, data services, and operational and analytical data environments.
Technical background and strong understanding of APIs, data, and enterprise applications

Insight Global is looking for a Technology Delivery Director for a direct hire opportunity with a large regional banking customer. We are looking for someone with extensive experience leading technical efforts specifically within Commercial Lending who also has an advanced understanding of credit loans and credit loan underwriting and how to integrate into technology ecosystem.
This individual will be working with executive level business unit leaders to proactively develop technical solutions and lead the technical teams to deliver on those solutions. Success in the first 12-18 months would look like this Technology Delivery Director taking over Credit Administration support and working with the BU leaders, CCO & CRO to understand their existing roadmaps for credit loan underwriting and developing a technical roadmap within Commercial Lending and working with the technical teams such as Enterprise Architecture team and Data team to deliver on that roadmap.
Our customer requires 4 days in office & allows 1 day remote weekly. We are looking for someone who is located in Phoenix, AZ preferably and are also open to candidates located in Dallas, TX or Columbus, OH for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident working with business unit executives to provide strategic direction and someone who is as confident in leading technical individuals to deliver on solutions.
