Job Title: ERP Intern (Human Capital Management Domain)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Intern to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. As an ERP Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting HCM modules within our ERP system. Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and configuration of HCM modules within the ERP system.
Support end-users with HCM-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute implementation plans.
Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality of HCM module implementations.
Assist in documenting business processes, system configurations, and user procedures.
Contribute to the development of training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and HCM technology.
Provide general administrative support to the HCM team, including data entry, report generation, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR technology, ERP systems, and business process automation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is a plus but not required.
Availability to work full-time or part-time during regular business hours.
