Top client asks:

1. Construction Industry experience- Waivers, Liens , AIA's, Sworn Statements etc

2. Timberline Software (QuickBooks as well)

Looking for a Controller/Bookkeeper for a general contractor office. The responsibilities include:
• Entering invoices into QuickBooks and Timberline.
• Familiar with AIA Documents, Sworn statements and Lien waivers
• Maintaining and organize Job folders
• Work along with Project Accountant to expedite pay requests in a timely manner
• Filing
• Data Entry

Qualifications/Requirements

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.

-Previous Administrative Assistant and secretarial experience in a construction office environment is required.

-Knowledge of construction sworn statement, lien waiver, and title company construction draw processes is required.

-Background in construction bookkeeping and administrative tasks is required.
