Program Manager - Supported Housing at Centers for Behavioral Health, LLC in Rockville, Maryland

Job Description:

Centers for Behavioral Health LLC serves individuals with mental illness in the community. We strive to instill hope, increase independence and promote recovery and wellness, through advocacy and education. Our supported housing program offers clients a safe, supportive and structured residential environment, allowing our residents to live independently in the community, while receiving supportive, compassionate assistance. We ensure each resident has available 3 meals daily, medication monitoring, life skills support, and advocacy in the community. Many residents also participate in our Life Skills PRP program which provides case management, group activities and community outings.

We are seeking a Program Director for our Supported Housing Program in Rockville, MD. CPRP or accredited certification in the field of mental health strongly preferred. Centers boasts a highly collaborative and supportive team strongly invested in the success of our programs as well as our staff.

The Program Director is responsible for:
• General oversight of the program
• Supervising and supporting staff as well as the program needs
• Weekly staff meetings
• Regulatory compliance oversight
• Programming and marketing
• Group and individual services, crisis management
• Monthly staff meetings
• Program statistics review
• Intake assessments
• Staff schedules
• Chart overview and audits
• Client orientation
• Monitoring medications, resident schedules, meal preparation
• Experience using Credible is strongly preferred.
