Job Description:

Kinze is currently seeking two part-time security guards to join our team in Williamsburg, IA. This employee will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel entering and exiting the facilities. Position Duties:• Review Security Procedures Manual• Strong interpersonal skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers• Must have a reliable means of communication and transportation• Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English• Minimum 3 - 6 months prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems, or access computer systems• Have the ability to walk for extended periods of time• Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting• Ability to ride a bicycle• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license• Have the ability to generate incident reports and conduct daily activity logs• Writes reports and ensures accuracy of the necessary documentation, as needed• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner• Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed• Promote safe work practices• Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property• Comply with company core values, policies, and legal guidelines
