Provide spiritual care services to patients, families, and staff and to function as a member of the health care team. To participate in and support other ministries of Spiritual Care Services.Graduate theological degree completed at a school accredited by the Association of Theological Schools or one of the regional Association of Colleges and Schools, strongly preferred. Ordained, licensed or commissioned to function by faith/denominational authority. | Board Certified Chaplain in the Association of Professional Chaplains (or equivalent group, NACC, NAJC, etc.) or is eligible to become Board Certified. If the chaplain is "Board Certified eligible", then within 18 months of beginning employment, their application for Board Certification will be submitted.| Minimum of three years congregational and/or hospital ministry experience.The Chaplain will provide spiritual counseling and support services to patients, families, and staff throughout the hospital, with special attention to designated areas within the hospital.
