Job Description:

What will you do?



    • Familiarize yourself with wiring diagrams and symbols.

    • Carefully review the bill of materials to ensure accurate assembly.

    • Understand the appropriate torque values for each individual assembly.

    • Adhere to required assembly procedures.

    • Install units, including label/nameplates, hinges, and door panels, onto structures with precision. Safely lift and move heavy structures as needed.

    • Work with attention to detail when following blueprints and wiring diagrams.

    • Utilize hand tools and operate a crane when necessary.

    • Keep a clean work area through general housekeeping duties.

    • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure longevity.



    • Cross-train and rotate through various stations as required.

    • Communicate any material or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.

    • Participate in meetings to resolve production issues and collaborate with other shifts and support groups as necessary.
