The Regional Director of Ticketing Operations will directly support all NASCAR Consumer Strategy & Ticket Operations initiatives. The Regional Director will have direct oversight for the track ticket operations in their region. The position collaborates closely with Regional Consumer Sales staff and Consumer Marketing on optimizing Ticket Sales and the guest experience.
Essential Functions:
Essential functions include, but are not limited to any combination of the following duties according to specific departmental guidelines:
Participate in all Corporate initiatives and make recommendations on ways to enhance and simplify the Ticket Operations Process
Digital Ticketing
Ticket System efficiency opportunities
Onboarding new ticket system
Existing & New Controls
Daily Balancing
Online Buying experience
Pricing & Secondary Market Strategy
Oversee Track Ticket Directors/Sr. Managers in Region
Coordinate Training Opportunities
Lead all projects assigned at these tracks
Assist with all product training for the Consumer Services and Consumer Sales Teams
Develop model for the Region to ensure Sales and Services Teams have all the necessary information to sell and service available inventory
Assist the Regional Ticket Operations staff on all special project needs
Reseating
Declined payment plans
Work closely the Consumer Services Management team to ensure all Action Forms are being answered in an acceptable time frame.
Ensure all Event Weekend Ticket Operations are completed:
Event Staffing is secured
Will Call Operations
FEVO Utilization
Logistics Plan with Gate Staff and Operations
Nightly Reconciliation
Final Event Reports
Collaborate with Consumer Sales & Consumer Marketing Teams on:
Critical Dates Marketing Calendar
Building of strategic special packages
Renewal campaigns and list pulls
Fulfillment of STH gifts
Provide Weekly Report to Management Staff
Work Closely with Corporate Sales/Partnership Marketing on Corporate Fulfillment Process and Tracking
Assist in developing & implementation of efficiency opportunities within the Ticket Operations

Review track websites for accuracy and efficiency opportunities.
Work with fulfillment staff for any printing/fulfillment needs
Ensure compliance of all company controls
Complimentary Tickets
Daily Reconciliation
EBMS Inventory
Pricing/General Ledger
Adjustment Forms
Additional tasks/projects as deemed necessary by management
Gate Operations
Assisting with Corporate Fulfillment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum six (6) years of experience with ticketing software
Qualified candidate should have a strong knowledge of current sports ticket sales and operations
Box office experience preferred
4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Able to manage projects from conception to implementation
Familiarity with the sport of NASCAR is a plus
Knowledgeable in current and forward-looking technologies evolving the business of ticket sales and operations
Advanced excel skills requested
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Self-starter, able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
