R&D Shipping and SAP Admin at Volt in Maplewood, Minnesota

Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for R&D Shipping and SAP Admin in Maplewood, MN.



As a R&D Shipping and SAP Admin you will:


1. R&D Shipping:

• Coordinate and manage all R&D shipping needs within the HICW lab, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and samples.
  
• Prepare shipping documentation, including labels, customs forms, and any other required paperwork.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with shipping regulations.
  
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and associated documentation.
  

2. SAP Administration:

• Handle SAP-related activities, including processing invoices, creating and managing purchase orders (POs), and accurately reporting project time.
  
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and POs.
  
• Generate reports and provide data analysis as required.
  
• Maintain data integrity within SAP by updating and verifying information regularly.
  
• Provide support and training to lab personnel on SAP-related processes and procedures.
  

3. Lab Supplies and Inventory Management:

• Maintain lab stock supplies, always ensuring an adequate inventory level.
  
• Manage and track personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory, ensuring availability and compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  

This is a full time opportunity.

1st shift: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday


The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with SAP and/or Shipping Materials
  
• HS Diploma or equivalent
  
• Must be comfortable with basic O365 products such as Word, Excel
  

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
