Job purpose



EnSight Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are searching for a qualified candidate that has the ability and passionate commitment to ensure our customers' satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The position's tasks vary, but primary focus is on customer requests for information, quoting, and order management. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, intermediate computer and keyboarding skills, and critical thinking skills. The ability to communicate and develop relationships with customers is critical. A successful Customer Service Representative will be detail oriented and be able to multi-task.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to all assigned customer inquiries.
  • Process and manage quotes and orders to exceed customer expectations, verifying all details.
  • Verify terms on order according to current customer terms.
  • Communicate daily via phone and email throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to synchronize with many different departments: Sales, Engineering, Accounting, Shipping, Production, Purchasing.
  • Help prepare credit with accounting according to company policy.
  • Coordinate ship dates, make shipping and other interested parties aware of any changes in shipping schedule.
  • May also be required to perform additional duties as assigned.



Qualifications




Education

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED; Some college preferred.
  • 2 years related administrative sales experience is preferred.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capable of delivering quality work and practices continuous improvement.
  • Is dependable, flexible, and willing to work in other departments when necessary.



Travel



Some travel may be required to other EnSight locations as needed. (5%)
