Project Analyst (CCTV Review) at Kforce Inc in Dublin, California

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Analyst (CCTV Review) Contract for 100% role onsite in Dublin, CA. This is 3 months to start - high likelihood of extension. The sift is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST - no exceptions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Focus is on process - analysis of process driven activities and following actions


• Additional Team Support Needed

ISC - Investigative & Safety Center Team:

• Reviewing CCTV footage to ensure -Better Brand- process is happening specifically with truck process


• Searching for criteria/interactions between truck and store teams


• Review all stores on about an 8-day cycle - Roughly 2,100 stores total


• Each store should take about 10 minutes to review, very simple criteria (listed below)

Documentation:
Using a click-through form to determine:

• Are associates and driver wearing the proper uniforms


• Are they staging the proper areas


• Is inventory getting to the sales floor properly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Consistent and dependable independent worker


• Goal driven to provide accurate results


• Independent worker who works well within a team


• Communication - Extremely thorough and clear on issues, schedule, progress, etc.


• Strong problem solver


• Candidates who come from a quality assurance or compliance background


• No time off outside of scheduled days off - This is a 24-hour operation


• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position


• Interview: 30-minute

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
