Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in the Green Bay, WI area that is looking for a Controller.

Summary:
This candidate will lead the Accounting team and be responsible for all aspects of monthly financials, including but not limited to preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and provide insight and strategic recommendation to the senior leadership team. This role will focus on developing the staff and provide ongoing training, development, and process improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


• CPA or MBA preferred


• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role


• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Experience with other financial systems


• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results


• Working Conditions: In Office

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
