Regional Vice President of Payer Sales

Overview

To help us continue our successful trajectory,Edifecsis looking for a stand-out candidate to join our team as a Regional Vice President of Payer Sales. This is a direct sales position with quota responsibility. The ideal Sales Person will be an articulate, high energy, self-motivated sales professional with a minimum of 5 years experience selling Risk Adjustment software solutions to Payers in Government Programs (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA). If a candidate has experience selling Retrospective Chart Reviews, Data Analytics or Prospective Solutions that would a value-add. The sales person will be responsible for managing all Payer sales activity for key accountsgrowingEdifecs revenues and client base in the assigned territory.

Whatyou will do:

  • Proactively pursue new revenue opportunities from a variety of Payers in Government Programs in their defined territoryuse high performance track record to exceed annual quotas
  • Work with other stakeholders atEdifecsto ensure a high degree of collaboration and focus on key sales accounts.
  • Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships at all levels of client/prospect organizations, identifying business challenges thatEdifecssolutions can successfully address
  • Manage complex sales cycles, and direct all aspects of a sales process from initial discovery through contract negotiations and closure
  • Develop and cultivateEdifecs tier 1 clients and prospects within assigned territory, concurrently meeting quarterly sales goals
  • Identify and nurture relationships with industry influencers (consultants, partners, etc.), and collaborate with theEdifecsAlliances Team to synchronize and optimize field level efforts for maximum value and revenue
  • Work closely with client services and product teams to determine customer service requirements and identify new product development opportunities
  • Maintain SalesForce.com records and ensure that pipeline, forecast, account notes, contracts and other key information is updated and current at the end of each week
  • Interact directly with the executive team, leveraging knowledge and experience to helpEdifecsrefine go-to market strategies and build a great organization

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of risk adjustment sales experience with proven contacts in the payer space as well as superior prospecting skills
  • The ability to understand clients business issues and align the value ofEdifecs solutions to these issues successfully
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Organized, self-motivated, hard-working problem-solver who is able to work with minimal direction once objectives are clearly stated
  • Computer skills competency including MS Office suite and SalesForce.com, and strong documentation skills

Please note: Note:Theexpectedbase pay range for this position is $120,000- $175,000per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.You will also have variable compensation subject to your performance against the compensation plan for your role.
