Job Summary
Deliver industry leading sales and market share growth in the Under Hood products through the NAPA Stores. Partner with NAPA DC's, NAPA Stores, and NAPA Under Car Suppliers to grow the segment faster than the industry. Assist the Under Hood Category team in building sales programs and promotions that execute on this mission.
Position Performance Measures:
Sales Quota for Under Hood categories through the NAPA Stores.
Sales Growth in the key Under Hood lines
Achieve Under Car Sales Events Goals
Under Hood Training Sessions: CSRs, OSS, BDM, etc
Responsibilities
Manage and lead Under Hood ASMs and Category Leaders to deliver quota
Work closely with the Under Hood Category dept to build and enhance the NAPA Under Car Store Promotion and product offering
Work with the NAPA DC Sales Teams, Districts and Jobbers to help drive sales
Be the voice of the internal and external customers
Communicate NAPA's Under Hood strategy to the field organization including all NAPA Store management and ownership.
Partner with and build effective relationships among Under Hood supplier base to enhance training, market share and sales
Partner with suppliers, category and training team on Under Hood training materials as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of experience within Automotive industry.
5+ years of sales experience.
4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated presentation skills which include speaking in front of audiences and using of PowerPoint
Must display considerable independence, creativity, and originality of thought
Experience with strategic mindset and process orientation
Possesses sense of urgency and relentless competitive drive
Detail oriented
Must have the ability to execute and follow through
Ability to efficiently analyze data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening, influencing and negotiating skills
Experience with conducting training - face to face, web, tablet, etc.
Ability to interact cross-functionally and to act in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to use organizational and planning skills, time management, and meet deadlines
Ability to relocate is a plus
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams -
Ability to utilize technology provided to conduct business in an efficient manner
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Travel between 50-75% should be expected
