Shared Dormitory Style Housing and Meal Plan Available at $17/day




Pay rate: $11.68/HR (tipped), $15/HR (non tipped



Are you a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service? Join our team as a Greeter/Cashier and be the welcoming face of our establishment. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can greet guests with a smile, assist them with inquiries, and handle cashiering duties efficiently. As a Greeter/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for our guests.


Summary:


  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs

  • Efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns

  • Uphold the hotel/resort's brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications





  • Excellent customer service skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
