Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, related field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in purchasing and receiving, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier negotiation
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using procurement software and inventory control systems
