Responsible for preparation, review and coordination of US income and non-US income tax reporting and compliance - US Federal, state, and local, Foreign and Non-Us income compliance including US tax on International Operations, and global tax strategies.

Our growing organization is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Senior Tax Manager.

Responsibilities


  • Manage all Federal, State and Local and foreign income tax reporting (Accounting for Income Taxes ASC 740) and compliance activities.
  • Work with Federal, Foreign and State and Local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare all tax provision disclosures for financial reporting purposes and ensure compliance with relevant US GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements.
  • Manage analysis and assessment of all tax law changes impact on the company working hand in hand with Global Tax Director to ensure seamless implementation of strategies, work in close collaboration across all Finance in particular- Controllers, FP&A, Operations, Marketing and Legal.
  • Working hand in hand with Global Tax Director, manage cash tax forecast.
  • Working hand in hand with Global Tax Director, lead global transfer pricing operations and any intercompany profit elimination activities, including working with supply chain, technology group, and business development to maintain consistent global policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience and training in direct and indirect tax reporting and compliance; some public experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance- CPA designation highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of implementing transfer pricing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and transfer pricing, and foreign direct tax matters.
  • Excellent command of tax financial reporting requirements for both UD GAAP and IFRS.
  • Ability to communicate technical tax issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communications skills with commercial mindset
  • Proven ability to autonomously research, interpret and document tax requirements and implications for the company.
  • Pro-business oriented and technologically literate with expert knowledge in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Source and or Corp Tax Software
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a new and fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Flexible and able to successfully accept change
  • Possible hybrid model expectations
  • Knowledge and experience in Indirect Taxes a plus
