Job Description:

Santa Cruz Post-Acute, a premier skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Santa Cruz, is looking for Assistant Director of Nursing - Registered Nurse (RN) who can work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and work together as part of a team.

ONSITE TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP AVAILABLE

Assistant Director of Nursing - RN Duties:

• Coordinate and participate in resident care of skilled patients.


• Manage and administer IVs (if RN).


• Assist with the overall supervision and management of the nursing staff.


• Oversee admissions of new skilled patients


• Make rounds and provide report.


• Perform skilled care assessments

Requirements:

• Accredited School of Nursing with a Degree in Nursing.


• Knowledge and experience with EHR software preferred (PCC).
