Job Responsibilities: • Perform trend analysis on financial statements • Analyze company cost structure and compare with other servicers • Assist with budgeting and forecasting • Support forecasting functions alongside asset management and acquisition department
Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics • At least 4 years of experience in analytics, forecasting, and reporting • Minimum Intermediate Proficiency in MS Excel and Access • In-depth analysis techniques and reporting knowledge • Experience managing large datasets
