Tarantino Properties is a full-service real estate company specializing in income producing real estate. Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States. Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets.

Tarantino Properties Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to manage our West Coast portfolio.

The Regional Director of Operations will represent overall corporate vision, planning, direction and control to assigned communities in conjunction with the Director of Senior Living. This individual will also develop team members through appropriate training, coaching and mentoring to ensure strong operational performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives to meet company goals and all state and national regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular and in-depth site visits as needed
  • Interface with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Produce and analyze reports on business data to determine operational excellence and areas for improvement
  • Analyze and evaluate competition in the marketplace
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations in all communities

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership position in Senior Living industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region (Tuesday-Thursday weekly travel is expected, Monday and Friday are Work From Home)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
