Responsibilities: Talent Business Advisor
Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
Automate repetitive tasks, increasing productivity and freeing up time for higher-value tasks like innovation and problem-solving
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport to build business relationships
Responsible for analyzing systems and providing recommendations on areas where automation may be useful
Responsible for providing a comprehensive range of advice for potential business clients to include one-to-one client advisement in business plan development
Contributes to the company's long-term success
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Two (2) years' experience in business consulting or business development
Must be able to listen to potential business owner's needs and be able to advise them on actions that need to be considered
Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to write reports
