Be aligned to a single Agile team that includes the Product Manager, System Engineers/Architects, Software Engineers, and a Scrum Master
Lead Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Demos, Retros, and other essential Agile practices
Partner with the Product Level Product Manager(s) to understand features and product needs
Manage the team's backlog, responsible for detailed refinements of Features into Epics and User Stories that can be worked by the Software Engineers in a single sprint

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Agile product management or similar experience
Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Technology and software skills, such as Jira, Confluence, Dragonboat, Mural, and Mainframe (preferred, not necessarily as an engineer).
