Job Description:

Main Duties:

*Creates, documents, and maintains the Experience Design team knowledge repository

*Manages vendor contracts and relationships

*Conducts audits and manages access and budget for Experience Design team tools

*Responsible for collecting, tracking and submitting invoices for payment by Supply Chain

*Offer tactical user research or Experience Design team hiring support like scheduling interviews


Requirements:

*4+ years experience in design operations or a total of 5 years combined experience in design/design research/design systems and operational roles.
*Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication.
*Previous service experience is a plus.

*Previous experience in UX/Design/Research is a plus.

*Previous experience with systemsspecific systems - Figma, DoveTail, Userzoom, etc.
