Video & Marketing Specialist at GENESIS PRODUCTS LLC in GOSHEN, Indiana

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled, creative Video & Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team at Genesis Products. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in mapping out video strategies while creating high-quality video content that supports our marketing efforts across all industries RV, Cabinets and Closets, Work & Delivery Vehicles and Commercial Interiors. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to support work in other mediums, including photography, print and digital design. 

The Video & Marketing specialist is at the heart of engaging our target audiences through relevant content that lives across various platforms, both digital and print. As a Video & Marketing Specialist you will: 

• Concept, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish including storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production phases 




• Work with cross-functional teams such as product, sales and HR to understand project objectives 




• Ensure content delivered is engaging and aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies 




• Study industry trends and best practices, bringing new techniques and technologies to the table 




• Shoot, edit and enhance footage, ensuring high-quality visuals, clear audio, and smooth transitions 




• Optimize video descriptions for SEO 




• Manage video projects within assigned timelines and budgets 




• Support customer engagement, events and tradeshows through compelling content that runs before, during and after 




• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when needed 




• Monitor video performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and conversions, and provide insights and recommendations for future video content 

Skills & Qualifications 

• Must showcase a strong portfolio for video production, editing and design skills 




• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5-7 years of on-the-job experience in a similar discipline  




• Proficiency in photo and video tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom or related tools 

• Strong knowledge of on-set video production, including lighting, sound, composition, and visual storytelling techniques 




• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite 




• Experience creating and managing social media content with knowledge of requirements and best practices across platforms 




• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills ensuring seamless rounds of edits 




• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to ideate video projects solo or in a brainstorm setting 




• Familiarity with video analytics and tracking tools to measure content performance and make data driven decisions
