Bailey Brand Consulting is looking for an Client Operations Manager (COM) to play a major role in managing multiple accounts and projects. The COM should have exceptional communication and organizational skills along with strong interpersonal skills. This person will keep the team on track and make sure all projects run smoothly from scoping to final delivery and invoicing. This role is perfect for someone wholoves a fast-paced, deadline-driven working environment, with the chance to grow our clients' business and the company as a whole. The Client Operations Manager will work directly with the brand managers, brand directors, and digital & creative staff.

Specifically, the Client Operations Manager:
• Provides excellent customer service for our clients.
• Fully understands the complete scope and all requirements (expectations, deliverables, budgets, timing) for the successful completion of all projects and campaigns.
• Develops and manages day-to-day projects, workflows and communication for internal teams and external clients, including project briefs, creative briefs, work plans, timelines, estimates, proposals, budgets and contact reports.
• Ensure all projects are accurately set up in the project management platform, launched, and delivered within client parameters, timing and budget.

• Provides regular updates for departments and clients on the progress of projects and campaigns that directly affect each client. Responsible for progress/status reports.
• Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Meets budgetary objectives and makes adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Assists in managing all internal and external resources including creative, digital and operations teams to ensure executions are strategically aligned with the overall objectives of the client.
