Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $70,000.00 USD Annually

Claims Analyst




Location: St. Louis (Onsite/Hybrid)



Responsibilities:

• 
  Incident Reporting: Own and manage the incident reporting process.


• 
  Insurance Claims: Track and analyze insurance claims, providing recommendations to minimize loss costs while adhering to policy terms and conditions.


• 
  Ongoing Overview: Continuously monitor incidents, losses, and exposures, reporting and analyzing data.


• 
  Quarterly Claim Review: Participate in quarterly claim reviews in collaboration with the insurance broker.


• 
  Legal Partnership: Work closely with the legal department on pending litigation, coordinating with Third Party Administrators (TPA).


• 
  RMIS System: Utilize the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) for efficient workflows and reporting.


• 
  Certificate of Insurance Requests: Handle all Certificate of Insurance requests.


• 
  Flood Insurance Program: Administer the Flood Insurance Program.


• 
  Motor Vehicle Reporting: Collect and provide bi-annual motor vehicle reports to the insurance broker.


• 
  Incident Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of incident reports to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk and insurance, preferably in multifamily housing.


• Proficiency in computer skills, data entry, and Microsoft Office.


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.


• Valid driver's license in good standing.


• Professional risk management certifications are a plus.
