Job Description

• Preparing analytical standards and reagents


• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments


• Calculating results using Excel spreadsheets and/or instrumental software


• Conducting wet-chemistry


• Performing assays with monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) such as Western blotting and ELISA, electrophoresis (such as SDS-PAGE), chromatography


• Instrumental analytical chemistry analysis on in-process, final batch concentrate (FBC), monovalentbulk concentrate (MBC) sample types.


• Preparing analytical standards and reagents


• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments


• Calculating results using Excel spreadsheets and/or instrumental software


• Documenting results in electronic laboratory notebooks and reviewing notebooks of peers


• Supporting senior analytical chemists on various projects as assigned

• 
  Bachelor's Degree + 2-4 years of industry experience, OR:


• 
  Master's Degree plus 0-2 years of industryexperience
  
  
  • Major in: Biochemistry, Biology,Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific major
  
  
  
  


• 
  1-4years of hands-on lab experience performing any of the following techniques:
  
  
  • Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) - Required

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
