The Credit and Collections Representative will manage an accounts receivable portfolio of sales and service centers' customers which include builders, contractors, and small construction companies.Qualifications

Knowledge of credit and collection lien laws
Previous exposure to distributor sales and installer environment is a plus
Must have prior experience
Performing business to business collections with preference toward construction contract experience (collecting from pay applications, reconciling contract/payments/billing, very detail oriented)
Reviewing and recommending credit limits (credit reports, bank/trades, and financial statement analysis)
Managing an AR portfolio in the $7-8 million range (approximately 3,000 accounts)
Using Excel to create various formulas including v-lookup as well as create pivot tables
Education
Business degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
