This is a hybrid position in our Irvine, California corporate headquarters or can be remote with frequent on-site travel. Position may also require occasional travel to other locations, including international travel.

The Director, Strategic Enterprise Analytics will work with stakeholders across the business globally to help define and deliver business value, as well as interfacing and communicating with program teams, management, and leaderships to deliver large, complex projects.

Your role:

Strategic Data and Analytics Leader


  • Engages the senior leadership in storytelling, hind sighting product and business performance. Connects the dots between new/existing product launches and their impact on Operating Income and Revenue.

  • Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects.

  • Evangelize the value of analytics services internally and directly with stakeholders.

  • Drive a data driven culture, create a process of regular insight generation for business stakeholders to drive actionability.

  • Develop and implement insights framework that will results in data-driven reporting and analytics to inform business decisions.

  • Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects.

  • Provides leadership, innovation, and oversight for overall data and analytics team.

  • Lead data-driven analysis, creating analytic models, to assist in developing business strategies.

  • Help coordinate multi-stakeholder work across Product, Engineering, DigiOps, Marketing.

What you bring to the role:


  • Master's degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, economics, statistics, operations research, applied mathematics, economics (applied micro, applied econometrics, empirical IO, labor, finance, behavioral, applied macro/time series).

  • Drive a data driven culture, create a process of regular insight generation for business stakeholders to drive actionability.

  • 10+ Years of experience in Data and Analytics, strategizing value-based outcomes.

  • Expertise leading the Analytics function preferably at a technology-intensive ecommerce business.

  • A vison to understand the relevance and impact that data and analytics can have and leverage into a future state vision.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people and get results through others.

  • The ability to evangelize the value of data and analytics within the organization through all business layers and silos.

  • A broad understanding of the data analytics environment, including data management, data governance, business intelligence, general analytics, AI, and ML

  • Strong track record of success building stakeholder trust.

  • Experience working with Looker, Look ML, SQL, Python.

  • Experience developing and presenting analytical recommendations and actionable insights to disseminate findings and successful practices to key stakeholders and senior management.

  • Determination to lead cultural transformation and know how to manage across organization.

  • Strong communication with ability to articulate complex analytics concepts in a simple manner across all levels in the organization (upward and downward).

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,400.00 - $277,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
