Your role:

The Sr. SAP FICO Analyst will join a talented team and play an integral role in delivering business led, technology enabled process transformation, leveraging SAP and other applications to enhance core transaction processing, reporting and decision making. The candidate should have deep knowledge in FI-CO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting), COPA, FSCM, SD and MM Integration. Experience with OpenText - Vendor Invoice Management, Collection & Dispute Management, RE-FX Leasing, Domain experience in Finance and industry experience in wholesale distribution or retail is a plus.

Sr. SAP FICO Analyst is responsible for working with the Finance business on process and operations requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a technology driven organization with an understanding of project lifecycle, requirements gathering and system analysis with the ability to participate and direct discussions. Strong process knowledge of the many areas of Finance and distribution industry experience is a plus. Candidates must have a strong verbal and written command of the English language with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management. The Sr. SAP FICO Analyst ensures the quality of the solution through the development of integrated test scenarios; is accountable for the complete life cycle from business requirements definition, to SAP design, through functional solution delivery in production; is also accountable for any and all maintenance and system technical and functional upgrades (e.g. OSS Notes, Service packs, and Version upgrades) that are made available through SAP; and follows industry best practices.

What you bring to the role:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related technical discipline is required

  • 5+ years of Finance experience with strong understanding of the practice of accounting and financial reporting

  • Minimum 8 years SAP deployment experience including: development of global template, country rollout, global corporations crossing multiple countries, distribution or retail industry experience preferred.

  • Minimum 2 End to End SAP Global deployments.

  • Strong research, analytical and organizational skills with ability to summarize information

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex solutions in business terms

  • Strong presentation skills including ability to speak and present solutions to peers, leaders and executives

  • Effective written communication and documentation skills.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,000.00 - $173,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
