This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

As an Employee Benefits Specialist on the US Benefits Team, you will provide a full range of support and program management to help deliver best in class benefits to HPE team members.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as HPE internal contact for management of Health and Wellness plan data and reporting within the data warehouse.

  • Oversee management and administration of various HPE benefits programs including Dental and Vision.

  • Manage ongoing external vendor meetings/calls and collaborate with external vendors to ensure proper administration of benefit programs.

  • Support communications updates and review for ongoing and annual open enrollment communications.

  • Support financial and billing/invoicing processes by updating reports for leadership review.

  • Complete and submit data for various detailed benefits surveys.

  • Seek opportunities for operational process improvements to enhance benefits administration and team member experience.

  • Work collaboratively with internal corporate partners on ongoing issues and projects.

Education and Experience Required:


  • Associate or Bachelor's degree.

  • 2 years of business experience preferably in employee benefits or HR.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Proactive approach to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver within the deadlines.

  • Proficient in data management and reporting.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Creative thinker.

  • Basic background in employee benefit programs.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced skill level with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $66,500.00 - $152,500.00
