JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Purpose
The Jr. Business Analyst is responsible to help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost- effective way. It is responsible for determining the requirements of a project or program and or process reengineering. Combines insurance business knowledge, process, and data analysis, in order to translate business requirements into system deployments and/or business process changes.
Key Responsabilities
- Work with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
- Act as a liaison between end-user and technical staff.
- Participate in the analysis, design, configuration and testing of systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Develop requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
- Perform strategic analysis of processes and /or operating areas where specific issues or items need to be corrected, examined, or improved.
- Develop statical reports and creates reporting tools.
- Develop and document guidelines to support operational efficiency
- Prepare and analyze reports.
- Develop and implements new projects at local and regional level.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (local operations and regional IT) requests for Sponsors parameters, collectors, billing methods, products, campaigns billing cycles and following.
- Perform specials projects and other related duties as assigned.
