Our client is seeking a Cyber Training & Awareness Analyst in Dallas, TX\ Hybrid.


Role Description


In this role you will report into the Training & Awareness Manager and be responsible for tasks such as creating and managing phishing campaigns, collection of campaign data, analyze and create content based on findings to be delivered in live training sessions for various stakeholder levels. Experience with Proofpoint along with any exposure to KnowBe4, Articulate 360 or similar. However, Proofpoint being the main focus as the tool in this role. You must possess strong written and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate business acumen and the ability to talk and bring awareness to all levels of stakeholders, both internal and external.


Skills & Requirements


Excellent written and communication skills
Proven experience creating and managing phishing campaigns. Including Data analysis and training/content creation.
Ability to interface with various stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to create PowerPoint and training documentation and run live training sessions.
Experience with platforms such as Knowbe4, Proofpoint, Articulate 360 with a preference on Proofpoint.
Any experience working in a migration project from KnowBe4 to Proofpoint
Security Champion Experience
Proofpoint certifications such as;
Real Colors Facilitator Proofpoint Certified Phishing Specialist
Proofpoint Certified Insider Threat Specialist
Security Awareness Professional (SSAP)
