Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary & Job Duties
Manages assigned part portfolio from beginning (SO entry) to end (customer shipment)
Maintaining customer database/portals by inputting data
Perform sales contract review
Accurate entry of all sales/work production orders
Assists multiple sites if necessary
Generate sales quotes
Create and maintain price lists
Providing administrative support including filing and answering all sales calls
Follow-up with customers via phone and email
Manage customer expectations and communicates with customer on all issues related to assigned parts
Updates jobs as necessary per production teams requests
Maintains daily order tracker and attends daily production meeting
Responsible for ensuring jobs are cleared for job closing
Reviews job status to ensure jobs will be completed to meet our committed ship date
Familiar with data entry in an ERP system (Epicor, SAP, Oracle)
Creation, follow up and resolution of customer complaints and product non-conformances
Attends customer meetings as required to provide status on parts
Manages customer portal and reports to keep commit dates accurate and current
Manages waterfalls/trackers as deemed necessary per customer requests
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understand of manufacturing and supply chain
Two or more years' experience in a customer service or sales role required
High School Diploma or GED required - associate degree or higher preferred
Exceptional customer service and data entry skills
Strong oral/written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work in a team environment to complete goals, while also working alone on projects.
Presents professional image inside and outside company.
Able to deal with change and to operate in a less-controlled environment with consistent feedback to supervisor/manager
