Organizational Change Manager | Contract



The Select Group is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join a top banking client for an upcoming ServiceNow integration project. Candidates local to Raleigh, NC and willing to work a limited on-site as needed schedule are preferred, but we are also open to a remote resource. Location: Remote is ok, Raleigh, NC is preferred.


If remote, minimal travel may be required, though unlikely. EST hours is required.



Job Duration: 12 months with potential extensions



Interview Process: 2 rounds



Project: ServiceNow integration - Provide OCM support for the consolidation of IT Operations procedures.



Requirements:

• Seasoned experience as an Organizational Change Manager.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL foundations.
• OCM Certification (Prosci).
• Financial institution experience.
• Strong communication skills
