The HRIS Generalist will provide general and daily transaction support to the firmwide HRIS Department, supporting a variety of firmwide HR initiatives and programs.
Representative Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative supports for the Firmwide HR Department to support the daily operations of the department. The responsibilities include but are not limited to processing daily HRIS transactions, scanning and electronic filing, and all daily administrative assistant for the department.
Provide daily Workday transactions supports from hiring, job changes, departures, etc.
Work closely with the HRIS team members to address any Workday inquiries and process issues.
Gather, review, and provide data as needed
Deliver training and create training materials as needed
Ensure efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.
Keep track of and document any process improvement and changes.
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Education, Knowledge and Experience
A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, OR
One to two years of similar experience of administrative tasks and responsibilities in a professional services and fast paced environment.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
A positive professional attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to communicate with employees and vendors in verbal and written communications
Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem solving and multi-tasking.
Must have the ability to work efficiently and confidentially within the confines of human resource guidelines.
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines while being a team player.
Physical Requirements of the Position
Must have the ability to lift/carry file boxes (25 lbs max)
