Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Management in Beaverton, OR.

Primary Focus of Position:

• Stand up a Tech Solutions Governance Body of Work

Duties Include:

• Leads and directs one of more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and/or modification of Technology projects


• As a Program Management, you will prepare project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team


• Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience; One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 years; Masters + 7 years; Associates degree + 9 years; High School diploma/GED + 10 years


• Experience with leading RFP, Contract Review/Negotiation & Vendor Selection Process


• In depth knowledge of IT Governance Practices & Processes


• Knowledge of Tech Modernization


• Expert Level Project Management skills especially within complex business environment with a wide range of stakeholders


• Ability to meet resistance with a solutions mindset


• Highly organized & strong communication skills


• Strategic thinker with an agile mindset


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work through shifting priorities while still managing overall outcomes


• Have and ability to tolerate some ambiguity

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
