Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Carrollton, TX seeking a Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Look at data both internally and externally to find awesome ways of selling stuff, entertaining customers, and getting them to visit every day


• Create creative, unconventional, and addictive experiences for both shopping and time-wasting in our app and on our site, and on Alexa


• Work with various folks internally to build, market, and manage the full product lifecycle of these experiences


• Identify and track metrics on how your initiatives are doing to various levels of leadership

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree


• 5+ years of Product Management experience


• Intermediate ability to write and edit SQL


• Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience


• Experience coordinating product development cycles, software development schedules, and launching products to customers


• Experience working directly with Engineers and UX designers in an Agile development environment


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes


• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirement


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Bias for action; Able to manage multiple projects across multiple teams and priorities while delivering results in an ambiguous environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
