Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is working with a Denver, CO area client that is seeking to hire a Senior UX Researcher to assist with an enterprise application development project.

Summary:
We are looking for a senior level candidate who has experience working with financial services applications. In this role you will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of client's products. You will reveal what users need from the products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user's experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Five or more years of UX research experience


• Previous experience working for a financial services firm


• Experience with remote testing tools


• Ability to quickly and effectively share research results


• Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration


• Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions


• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions


• A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude


• Excellent time-management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
