Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Program Manager to provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent


• Experience recording and evaluating product performance metrics is crucial, along with the ability to report them to senior management and other stakeholders


• An ability to manage product budgets, timelines, prioritize tasks, and align teams based on those tasks is crucial


• Skilled in programming languages and some coding and working understanding of Java and JavaScript


• Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI


• Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.


• Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives


• Skills related to Product Management including managing demand, releases, roadmaps, and backlog


• Skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict


• Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion


• Skilled in O365 Toolsets -Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams


• Skilled in Tableau


• Skilled in SAFe Agile best practices


• Skilled in JIRA and Confluence

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
