RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an OnBase Administrator in Madison, WI.

A Day in the Life:
This position's primary area of responsibility is the design, administration, maintenance, reliability, and technical support for the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) environment, currently OnBase. This individual must work independently and without close supervision while exercising discretion and independent judgment in daily varying duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

• OnBase Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, reliability, and technical support for the ECM environment


• Administer, support and control for the OnBase environment through highly technical and complex solutions that require knowledge of hardware/software interfaces and operations while adhering to Security Policies


• Address data retention needs and ensure the retention policy is being adhered to


• Provide technical support to resolve user-related issues


• Provide advanced support for the ECM environment, OnBase


• Configure new processes for additional COLD applications

Write technical specifications, implement configuration and unit test documents for conversion and support of reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements. This involves the following:

• Create technical specifications detailing the system configuration necessary to implement functional specifications provided by the user; This would include maintenance, new development, and support projects


• Use technical specifications to create or change system configuration


• Write unit test plans


• Execute the test plan and resolve any errors until the process is error free


• Document the outcome from the execution of the test plan


• Provide and maintain documentation for any changed processes that affect users


• Create and maintain documentation for work related practices to be used by other developers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Two-year Associate's degree - Information Systems or equivalent work experience


• OnBase Administrator Certification


• 5 to 7 years of support for an ECM application/environment (preferably OnBase)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
