Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has an enterprise client in Seattle, WA that is seeking a Project/Program Manager responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.

Summary:
We are looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to execute expansion projects and programs. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing, and scaling processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to cross-functional senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team collaboration, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Key Tasks:

• Oversees all aspects of projects/program


• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program


• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program


• Develops and manages a cross-functional process to identify and validate perspective new buildings, think big to anticipate and work around potential blockers, and deliver new building launches


• Leads and directs the work of others


• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department


• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals


• Performs a variety of tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• May require a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area

2+ years of experience with:

• Project management experience working with multiple stakeholders and being able to work cross functionally to manage teams


• Booking Travel


• Creative problem solving


• Verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills


• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures


• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Preferred: Smartsheet (nice to have):

• Operations background may be helpful however looking for someone who can manage multiple teams and ensure everyone sticks to timelines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
