RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Downtown Salt Lake City, UT that is looking for an Operations Processor. This role is an on-site position.

Summary:
The Operations Processor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operational tasks within the organization. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The Operations Processor will primarily be responsible for heavy 10-key data entry and processing, requiring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Additional education or certifications in business administration or a related field are a plus


• Minimum one year of experience in an office environment, preferably in data entry or processing


• Proficiency in 10-key numeric data entry with a high degree of speed and accuracy


• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
