RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Privacy Compliance Analyst in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:


  • Privacy Compliance Analyst will stay up to date with privacy regulations, including but not limited to CPRA, and other relevant laws and guidelines

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of marketing cookies, their functionality, and their implications for data privacy

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of our company's use of marketing cookies to identify any non-compliance or risks

  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure that cookie consent mechanisms, cookie banners, and opt-out options are implemented correctly and in compliance with privacy regulations

  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders, including marketing and development teams, on privacy regulations and best practices regarding marketing cookies

  • Assess and review third-party vendors' cookie practices and data processing activities to ensure compliance and data protection

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices related to marketing cookies and provide recommendations for adjustments to our practices and policies

  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and records of compliance activities, to demonstrate our commitment to privacy compliance

  • As a Privacy Compliance Analyst, you will play a supporting role in the performance of risk assessments as warranted on how applications, vendors, and third-party service providers collect, process, and protect personal data

  • Support the completion of privacy checklists and data protection impact assessments on existing applications, new applications, and enhancements

  • Perform other privacy duties as warranted







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Privacy, Information Management, or a related discipline; Additional certifications in Data Protection and Privacy are a plus

  • Proven experience in compliance, privacy, or data protection roles, with a specific focus on marketing cookies and online advertising practices

  • Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations, such as CCPA, and other relevant laws, guidelines, and frameworks

  • Familiarity with cookie technologies, digital advertising platforms, and marketing practices in an online environment

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical scenarios

  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement in privacy compliance

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate privacy-related concepts to diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Familiarity with privacy impact assessments, data mapping, and other compliance-related tools and methodologies

  • Understanding of web analytics, tracking technologies, and online behavioral advertising is a plus






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
