Job Description:

The Client Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting with client accounts' growth and development and monitoring its activities to increase sales performance and brand image on various market platforms.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:





  • Conduct ongoing research and report market development activities and trends.

  • Identify specific business opportunities within the AEC industry.

  • Research and contact strategic, prospective clients to arrange business development meetings.

  • Identify strategic teaming opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

  • Select and monitor appropriate bid and RFP listing services and owner/client websites posting RFPs and project opportunities and internally distribute.

  • Prepare and execute pre- and post-conference business development activities, such as email blitzes, social media postings, coordination of exhibiting supplies, etc.

  • Assist in the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes.

  • Collect information from customer and competitor data.

  • Develop and maintain client development lists, project opportunity lists, pipe- line, etc.

  • Collaborate with a variety of departments related to corporate events and communications, marketing, proposals, and others as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS




Education Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field



Experience and/or Training A minimum 2 years related experience, preferably within the professional services or environmental/engineering industry

  • Position requires offsite travel (locally and throughout United States); typically less than 5% annually.
