Job Description:

Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Receptionist for their office in Washington, DC from 5/22 through 5/24 with a potential to extend the assignment!


About the Job:

• Cover the reception desk and maintain the facilities of the organization.


• Handle phones, route calls to the appropriate person, and greet guests.


• Process mail/packages.


• Process administrative payment requests.


• Maintain office/kitchen supply inventory, equipment, and common areas.

About You:

• 1+ years of relevant work experience.


• Ability to work a multi-line phone system.


• Punctual and reliable.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

About the Position:

• Pays $20/hr


• Temporary from 5/22-5/24


• 100% onsite in Washington, DC.


• Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.
