Non-Profit Controller/Accounting Manager at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Seattle, Washington

Job Description:

• We have an exciting job opportunity for a controller/accounting manager to work for our client in the non-profit industry on a true temp-to-perm basis. This controller/accounting manager will work directly with the decision makers, CFO and Board. What better way to learn and do more than to work with the powers that be?!
  
  
  This controller will be responsible for assisting with:
  
  
  • Month-end/Quarterly close duties
  
  
  • Assisting with the year-end Audit preparation
  
  
  • Vast Reconciliations (bank and G/L)
  
  
  • Preparing bi-annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  
  
  • Supervisor the four-person accounting team
  
  
  • Work together with the CFO and executive team to ensure financial budget success for the organization.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting
  
  
  • 5+ years of high-level accounting experience as an accounting manager/controller
