Billing Specialist at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in SUGAR LAND, Texas

Job Description:

Our client, located in Sugarland, TX, is seeking several corporate Billing Specialists for a long-term contract opportunity (up to one year). If you are available for onsite work and have at least two years of invoice creation experience, please reach out!


Some of the duties will include:

• Invoice Review, Creation, and Confirmation: Generate and verify all customer invoices for accuracy before billing.


• Address and resolve any billing discrepancies for assigned customers.


• Understand and adhere to specific billing requirements for each customer.


• Print and post invoices in the accounting ERP system.


• Effective Communication: Collaborate with accounting partners to provide accurate billing


• Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables and V Lookups
