Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment currently has an Associate Mixer Operator opportunity at Ellsworth Adhesives. This role reports into our KitPackers/ ResinLab (KPRL) Division located in Germantown, WI.

The Associate Mixer Operator will formulate non-hazardous materials by loading powders and/or liquids while operating mixing equipment.

*PAY*

  • Pay according to experience level. The more applicable experience, the more you'll get paid!

RESPONSBILITIES

  • Prepares and loads non-hazardous raw materials into the mixer and sets up equipment to process materials per batch sheet instructions

  • Ensures product quality by adhering to batch sheet instructions and collects sample of products for lab testing

  • Accurately recording process data to batch sheet along with other production documentation as required

  • Perform general maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment to maintain a safe work environment, quality product, and efficient production

  • Prepare and package finished product per batch sheet instructions as needed

  • Contributes to the maintenance of a clean and organized facility

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0+ years of experience (willing to train the right individual)

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
  • Forklift certification is required within 3 months of hire
  • Alibility to read

  • Basic Math

  • Ability to learn how to operate assigned primary mixer

  • Ability to package products according to batch sheet

  • Ability to learn to operate different machines
